AI.  It's a name that strikes fear (or at least annoyance and displeasure) into the hearts of most educators, but what if I told you it can be very beneficial when used as a tool rather than a content generator?  Welcome to Brisk Teaching, an AI-based app that can breathe some fresh air into your routine as an educator, help save time, and help you better serve your students.  This session will introduce you to Brisk Teaching, show you how easy it is to use, and give you plenty of examples of positive, helpful ways to use Brisk Teaching's AI in your classroom.  This session will also discuss practical ways to spot AI use in student responses, combat that AI use in your classroom, and help dispel some of the discomfort around AI.  If you're uncomfortable with AI in any way, this is a great place to start!  

This presentation focuses on page design and how teachers can use it to help their neurodivergent students be more successful in their classroom. We will discuss tips and tools to specifically help students with ADHD, dyslexia, and color blindness be more successful in reading and interacting with printed materials, presentations, and virtual assignments.
