How to Develop a Crisis Response Team: Lessons from Charleston Elementary

This session will help a school develop a crisis response team to address times when students need to be removed from the classroom. A description of the methods used will be provided, including use of the Crisis Response Team to deescalate with the student and use the counseling team to reenter the student back into the classroom.
